He showed me homes within my budget, even in a seller’s market, and also those above my budget, to show me what my wish list would cost. In the cold months of January and February, he stood on long lines as we toured open houses and suggested reasonable offers after doing research on the neighboring comps. His research helped me to put forward a winning offer in a sellers market. When many homes were unavailable in a very competitive market, he suggested alternate comparable homes nearby.
